Event organizers may add guest names, party sizes, table assignments, floor plans, and event details. Guests may submit a name search, a seating request, or a mobile number for live event updates.
How information is used
AFIRYA uses this information to operate the event experience: finding a table, displaying the floor plan, managing seating, showing the current event moment, and delivering updates a guest explicitly requested.
Mobile information
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are used only for event-specific operational messages. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process mobile information solely to deliver requested messages.
Choice and control
SMS participation is optional. Reply STOP to any AFIRYA text to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Event organizers
Each organizer controls the event information they upload and is responsible for keeping access limited to the people who need it. Guest phone numbers are never shown on the public event page.
