Event service

AFIRYA helps organizers plan seating and share live event information with guests. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their guest list, seating plan, schedule, and announcements.

SMS program

Guests may voluntarily opt in to automated event-specific text messages. Message frequency varies with the event schedule. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Appropriate use

Do not upload information you are not authorized to manage, use AFIRYA to send deceptive or unlawful messages, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another organizer’s private workspace.

Service availability

Live pages and text delivery depend on internet, mobile carriers, and third-party messaging services. Organizers should keep an on-site backup for safety-critical instructions or emergencies.

Changes

AFIRYA may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date above shows the current version.
